Shipping & Returns

We offer FREE standard shipping via USPS with 2-5 business day delivery on any order within the United States. Standard delivery order times operates on weekdays Mon - Fri from 9am to 2pm. Any orders received will be shipped the following business day. Due to the impacts of COVID-19, delivery time may vary. You are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address prior to shipping.

Shipping for individual countries will be calculated on checkout. You will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.

Al lour international deliveries are a signed-for delivery service and handled by DHL. Please make sure you will be present the address you have provided to accept your delivery. Refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost of refused deliveries.

We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected. We cannot provide any information regarding international orders once they have been shipped and tracking information may not be available.

You may return or exchange items within 10 business days after the date you received them. All returned items must be new, unused, and unwashed, free of stains and with all tags still attached. Unfortunately, if you remove the front hang tag, we will not be able to accept a return or exchange of the item. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. Any item on sale is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Son of León when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Once your return is processed, you will received a confirmation email from us. Refunds will be processed back to your account within 14 days. Gift cards are not eligible for a return. We do not accept exchanges or returns for our international orders.

With this, we are not always available on weekends, most emails received on a Friday will be answered on Monday.
